About Danielle Bravo (she/her), LCSW, LMSW

Compassionate therapy for meaningful change.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado and a Licensed Master Social Worker in Michigan. I was born and raised in Michigan and obtained my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Michigan. I have experience working with people in all phases of life and am passionate about working with kids, teens, college students, and younger adults (yes, 30s are still young adults!). I offer online therapy for individuals across the state of Colorado and Michigan and specialize in life transitions, relationship conflict, and struggles related to anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I use person-centered, evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to your individual needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and solution-focused approaches. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

You should leave your therapy sessions feeling heard and empowered. I believe therapy should be a welcoming and impactful experience. I am here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to heal and process at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I am honored to be a part of your journey!

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that all humans deserve to feel seen and supported.

Therapy with me is…

I’m here to help you grow.
